How Products Work

Products in the dashboard have two levels:

1. Base Products

These are the standard Stampix product types (Photo Prints, Calendar, etc.). They define:

  • Physical specifications (size, paper type)
  • Production requirements
  • Available design templates (artwork)

2. Product Configurations

These are your organization-specific settings for a base product. They define:

  • Internal name (for your team)
  • Customer-facing name and description
  • Preview images
  • Which artwork options are available

Setting Up Products

Step 1: Add Products to Campaign

  1. Open your campaign
  2. Find the Products section
  3. Click Add products
  4. Select the base products you want to offer

Step 2: Configure Each Product

For each product, provide:

Step 3: Select Artwork

Each product needs at least one artwork (design template):

  2. Artwork defines how customer photos are arranged
  3. Multiple artwork options let customers choose their preferred design

WARNING

Products without artwork cannot be activated. Make sure to select at least one artwork option.
