How Products Work
Products in the dashboard have two levels:
1. Base Products
These are the standard Stampix product types (Photo Prints, Calendar, etc.). They define:
- Physical specifications (size, paper type)
- Production requirements
- Available design templates (artwork)
2. Product Configurations
These are your organization-specific settings for a base product. They define:
- Internal name (for your team)
- Customer-facing name and description
- Preview images
- Which artwork options are available
Setting Up Products
Step 1: Add Products to Campaign
